Carrying Your Resilience Into 2026

As 2025 comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge something important:

You made it.

Maybe this year looked nothing like you expected. Maybe you faced challenges you never imagined navigating. Maybe there were moments when you wondered if you could keep going.

But you did.

Here’s What You Accomplished This Year:

You showed up—even on the days when it felt impossible.

You advocated for a child who needed someone in their corner.

You learned new strategies, asked for help, and kept trying even when nothing seemed to work.

You held space for big emotions, complicated histories, and uncertain futures.

You loved fiercely, even when it was hard.

That’s not small. That’s extraordinary.

For families navigating child welfare and adoption, every year brings unique challenges. Some days, progress looks like keeping everyone fed and regulated. Other days, it looks like major breakthroughs. All of it matters. All of it counts.

As we head into 2026:

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t need to set perfect goals or make sweeping resolutions. You just need to keep doing what you’ve been doing: showing up with love, asking for support when you need it, and trusting that you’re making a difference—even when it doesn’t feel like it.

We’ll be here with you.

Over 43 years, we’ve walked alongside thousands of families through countless transitions, challenges, and triumphs. We’ve learned that what families need most isn’t perfection—it’s connection, resources, and people who understand.

That’s what we’ll keep offering in 2026.

Looking ahead:

Our first newsletter of 2026 will land in your inbox on Monday, January 5. We’ll be kicking off the year with forgiveness in mind.

Until then, take a breath. Rest if you can. And know that whatever 2026 brings, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Thank you for being part of this community.
